Best coffee I’ve ever had.

First time having Chinese coffee and I absolutely loved it; the flavor is very floral and light; roasted perfectly; came back to purchase more :)

I recently discovered Cerrado Mineiro coffee that is carried by this talented company Hexagon-coffee. I must say it’s my new favorite! It is naturallly a sweet Brazil coffee that is clean and smooth yet dense in flavour. It has a perfect low punch of acidity and the good kind , something that suits my tastebuds and I fully enjoy to exclaim,
” what an enjoyable cup that was”. :)

The quality is really good, with great packaging, and there is no plastic anywhere on the kettle. !

I highly recommend it, whether you are in for a strong aroma or a subtile flavour. Don’t overthink it , just try it. I guarantee you’ll be hooked.

I really enjoyed this coffee. it's a very sweet coffee with lots of red fruit notes and winey. I can do pour-over or use it with my automatic coffee home machine, just love it.

Its a 4 hour practice workshop where I practiced roasting under Chanthaly’s supervision. I had the opportunity to roast 3 times in the sample roaster and 3 times in the Ikawa roaster. And its not just roasting but also an opportunity to share notes and ideas with other roasters. I highly recommend this workshop for any beginner roaster looking to enhance their skills.
