First time having Chinese coffee and I absolutely loved it; the flavor is very floral and light; roasted perfectly; came back to purchase more :)

I recently discovered Cerrado Mineiro coffee that is carried by this talented company Hexagon-coffee. I must say it’s my new favorite! It is naturallly a sweet Brazil coffee that is clean and smooth yet dense in flavour. It has a perfect low punch of acidity and the good kind , something that suits my tastebuds and I fully enjoy to exclaim,
” what an enjoyable cup that was”. :)

The quality is really good, with great packaging, and there is no plastic anywhere on the kettle. !

I highly recommend it, whether you are in for a strong aroma or a subtile flavour. Don’t overthink it , just try it. I guarantee you’ll be hooked.

I really enjoyed this coffee. it's a very sweet coffee with lots of red fruit notes and winey. I can do pour-over or use it with my automatic coffee home machine, just love it.

Its a 4 hour practice workshop where I practiced roasting under Chanthaly’s supervision. I had the opportunity to roast 3 times in the sample roaster and 3 times in the Ikawa roaster. And its not just roasting but also an opportunity to share notes and ideas with other roasters. I highly recommend this workshop for any beginner roaster looking to enhance their skills.

I enjoyed the class. I know how to brew my coffee better. Chanthaly was very patient and gave many good tips I can use daily.

This is a delightful coffee that I've enjoyed every way I drink coffee depending on my mood; as an espresso americano with cream & sugar as well as a pour-over both black and with cream & sugar.
In each instance the intense aroma of the coffee encourages me to inhale and savour the smell every time I take a sip. Who knew coffee could taste so good!

Full bodied and aromatic coffee for anytime of the day. Has quickly become one of my favorite coffees to start the day. Highly recommend!!

Mt Yoma sits on the lighter side. It might not give you that morning punch that some look for in darker coffees but that is the point. The lighter roast brings out the subtlety of the elements within it with each sip. One of those little indulgence you keep for your weekend mornings when you can put the world on hold and sit back to enjoy it for what it is, a good cup of coffee.

Very enjoyable coffee with pronounced flavours of plums and honey. The acidity coming from the light roast is refreshing but not overwhelming and gives a well-balanced taste to your morning cup of coffee.

I was very well surprised of the sweetness of this coffee and the fruity taste ! :)
