Produced by Wilton Benitez at Granja El Paraíso 92, this coffee is grown at 1,900–2,100 metres above sea level. It brings together high-altitude cultivation and a carefully controlled approach to fermentation.
With more than two decades of coffee-producing experience, Wilton combines his craft with precise processing techniques. The farm uses bioreactors and selected microorganisms, monitoring temperature, pH and other variables throughout fermentation to develop distinctive flavour profiles.
The result is an expressive Colombian coffee with layers of fruit, floral complexity and a lingering tea-like finish.

I’m a casual coffee drinker, but this is easily one of the best coffees I’ve had. I brew it in a French press and prefer my coffee on the lighter side rather than too dark, and this one is exactly what I was looking for.
The aroma is amazing as soon as you open the bag and even better while it’s brewing. The coffee is incredibly smooth, full of fruity flavors, and never feels too strong or bitter. Every cup is well balanced and packed with flavor without being overwhelming.
I’ll definitely be buying this one again. If you enjoy a smooth, aromatic, fruit-forward coffee that’s easy to drink, I highly recommend giving it a try.
