It all started with dreams and ... Lots of cups of coffee!!!
Hexagon Coffee was born from a chance encounter and a shared passion.
Founders Chanthaly and David both moved from France to Toronto, where they met and quickly discovered a common love for exceptional coffee. While Chanthaly became fascinated by the sensory experience of coffee, its aromas, flavours, and complexity, David brought a lifelong passion for coffee and the culture that surrounds it.
Inspired by their shared vision, they founded Hexagon Coffee in 2019 to create a roastery dedicated to quality, craftsmanship, and discovery.
But one thing was MISSING...
From the beginning, our mission has been to introduce coffee lovers to remarkable origins that are often overlooked. While many specialty roasters focus primarily on Latin America and Africa, we are proud to highlight the incredible coffees produced across Asia.
We carefully source beans from renowned coffee-growing regions such as Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, China and other emerging origins, working with producers who are committed to sustainable farming practices and exceptional quality. These coffees offer unique flavour profiles from vibrant exotic fruit notes and delicate florals to rich chocolate and spice that deserve a place among the world’s finest.
