Discover a rich, velvety coffee from Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro region. Expect vibrant Plum, smooth Milk Chocolate and delicate hints of Anise, with a lingering Panela sweetness reminiscent of unrefined cane sugar.

With a cupping score of 84, this naturally processed coffee is a lovely choice for espresso drinkers who enjoy a sweet, rounded cup with a fruit-forward character. Grind fresh for your next espresso and savour its chocolatey depth and smooth finish.

From the heart of Cerrado Mineiro

Grown at approximately 1,200 metres above sea level, this single-estate coffee brings together carefully selected Arabica varieties from Bioma Café. The region’s distinct seasons and stable climate help coffee cherries ripen evenly, developing sweetness and balance.

Naturally processed and carefully slow-dried, the coffee develops its depth and fruit character as the cherries dry intact.

Founded by Marcelo Nogueira Assis and Flavio Marcio Silva, Bioma Café combines technical expertise with a long-term commitment to sustainable farming and continuous improvement. From cultivation and harvest to processing and quality evaluation, the team focuses on traceability, consistency and respect for the land.
