A Premium Coffee from the Highlands of Peru

Grown in the renowned coffee-producing region of Cajamarca, Peru, this coffee is cultivated at elevations between 1,500 and 1,900 meters above sea level. These high-altitude conditions qualify it as Strictly High Grown (SHG) coffee, where cooler temperatures allow coffee cherries to mature more slowly. This extended ripening develops denser beans with greater sweetness, complexity, and exceptional cup clarity.

The washed processing method yields a clean, well-rounded cup characterised by notes of Nuts and Cocoa, with a nice Caramel sweetness and a hint of Grapefruit acidity. A buttery mouthfeel and moderate acidity round out the experience, leading to a smooth, Sweet Spices, balanced finish.

Processed using the traditional washed method, this coffee produces a clean, balanced, and approachable cup that highlights the natural character of the bean.
