This lot was carefully processed using the estate’s micro water-washed method, designed to capture the clean, delicate character of a traditional washed coffee while using significantly less water.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe cherries are sorted by density and size before being gently depulped and separated into grades.
